Yes. We integrate Stripe for deposit collection or full payment at the time of booking. This reduces no-shows significantly and eliminates the need to chase payments after the appointment.
How do you handle multiple staff members or locations?
We build multi-staff and multi-location booking as a standard feature where required. Staff members can manage their own availability, and clients see only the available slots for the staff or location they select.
Do you send automated reminders?
Yes. Automated email and SMS reminders are included. Reminder timing is configurable typically 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment. Reminder content and sender details are set to your business.
Can I connect it to my existing calendar?
Yes. We integrate with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar so appointments booked online appear automatically in your existing calendar and vice versa. Conflicts are handled in real time double bookings are not possible.
