How do you map out the workflow before building?
We document every trigger, condition, and action in a flowchart before writing a single node. You review and approve the logic map first.
What happens if a third-party API changes?
We build error handling and alerting into every workflow. You get notified on failure. We also document every external dependency so maintenance is straightforward.
How do you handle sensitive data in workflows?
Credentials are stored in the automation platform's secret manager, never hardcoded. For n8n, we recommend a private VPS with restricted access.
